The second edition of Ibiza's new Flamenco Festival returns next week on Tuesday 16 January, headlined by acclaimed singer of the genre, Mayte Martin.
The Catalan singer is widely recognised as being one of the best singers of her generation and brings a deep emotional sweetness to the role of cantaora as the singing role is known in Flamenco.
Taking place at San Antonio's grand cinema Cine Regio, the event is expected to be standing room only after a sell out inaugural event last year, so hurry to get yourself a seat.
Granada-born singer Pedro el Granaíno will be channelling the greats like Camaron and Chocolate and others with a range of tangos and alegrías taken from the repertorires of the big names of Flamenco.
San Antonio is the perfect place for this festival with a significant numbr of its inhabitants hailing from Andalusia or being descended from the many Andalusians that went to live there a generation ago.
Ms Martin has toured all across Spain and this performance on Ibiza is a real chance to see one of the greats of Flamenco. Her rich talents even extend to Latin American bolero music.
Tickets can be purchased online at Wegow or purchased in San Antonio at Espai Jove on Calle Ramon y Cajal or at Print Xpress on Avenida España in Ibiza Town.
For an evening of Flamenco's finest for one night only on Ibiza, head to Cine Regio next week.
