A lot of 16th birthday parties result in a lot of questionable choices we can't wipe from our memory, but it´s character building so embrace the syringe of cringe. One up-and-coming 16th birthday that definitely isn't making questionable choices, but will probably involve you yourself making dubious decisions, is that of London clubbing institution Fabric. If you've been on the Ibiza closing party wild path of desirable destruction and in need of something to look forward to, then this three day aural bender is the answer. Music is always the answer.
Deliciously dribbling over three days, this gig gets going on Friday 16th October with west London's legendary Korupt FM making their debut to the club. After a Friday sesh with the likes of Barely Legal and Chimpo, Madam X, Loadstar and Uncle Dugs, in comes the meat of the disco with a 31 hour marathon session from Saturday night through til Monday morning. Sounds strenuous and if you plan to take the full whammy on it will be but providing the mettle testing steam is some real hotness. How does 31 hours with Craig Richards, Terry Francis, Ricardo Villalobos, Ben Sims, Dan Ghenacia, DJ Qu, Dyed Soundorom, Felix Dickinson, Jamie Jones, Marcel Dettmann, Matrixxman, Paranoid London, Prosumer, Shonky and Steffi sound? Not half bad eh?
