On Wednesday the 22nd of May we will finally see what Danny Whittle and Mark Netto have been up to since they departed the Pacha fold at the end of last season. That is to say, the much anticipated new Cipriani-backed clubbing venue, Bomba, will be opening its doors!
Taking over the Ibiza Town Marina-front premises of what used to be called Penelope and later Heaven, Bomba is in the final stages of complete re-construction as we speak. A fresh new club to explore is always exciting news for Spotlighters, and now the floor plans have been released as a sneak peek at the venue-to-be.
Floor plans and diagrams are all well and good, but we know what you really want to find out - what's it going to sound like?
It's going to sound great. You know those massive scale, much-loved parties that have mysteriously disappeared off the other super clubs' weekly line ups this year? They have found a home in Bomba Ibiza. Weekly residencies confirmed include Luciano and his Vagabundos, Defected and Erick Morillo, with Yousef bringing his Circus party to the club every Thursday from 6th June. A solid start for the new kid on the block, with more to come!
Furthermore, Bomba will be fitted with the first ever sound system custom designed by Pioneer, so those tasty Luciano beats will be coming to your ears via the best quality sound waves money can buy.
If you are as curious as we are, you'll be able to purchase tickets soon from Spotlight to check out this latest addition to the White Isle.
