Sea captains and good swimmers assemble, because the boat party game is about to get serious. Today we bring news that Float Your Boat has joined forces with Space Ibiza to host the official boat party for Sundays at Space, offering you a full Ibiza experience on the last day of every week from 5th June to 25th September.
Float Your Boat will set sail from San Antonio port at 4pm every Sunday, after which you'll have a total of three hours to rinse every single second of the onboard fun times. And at your disposal you'll have daytime party vibes, a great view of the Balearic landscape, sangria, sun and obviously extremely good music, so no excuses not to, really. The full line-ups are still to be announced but the Float Your Boat folk have given us some names to let us imagine what the 2016 season will sound like. And apart from any upcoming surprises, the music will be hosted by Space Ibiza regulars Jason Bye, Andy Baxter and Clara Da Costa, as well as Darius Syrossian and DJ Bones, who'll have four gigs on board over the summer as part of Do Not Sleep, their party that will take up a weekly residency at the club this year.
The tickets will include two free glasses of cava for each person – and the bar promises to serve reasonably-priced drinks – a free bus ride from San Antonio to Space which will run at 9.15pm and, of course, entrance to Sundays at Space is included. And trust us, you don't want to miss out on a chance to enjoy the club's legendary Terrace, an experience not to be missed.
Before all of this summer madness starts, Float Your Boat will launch three events on 15th, 22nd and 19th May to prepare party goers for what the whole season will be like - so this is your chance to take to the waves and then toddle home to bed. Practice makes perfect at this stage of the season.
