There is only two of these parties that happen each summer and with one already been and gone; it's your last chance to catch the Funk and Soul extravaganza in Playa d'en Bossa. We are talking about, of course, the Carl Cox spectacles at Sands Beach Bar.
A great party and an alternative to his usual techno-fuelled sets, Cox is throwing the final free event at the beautiful beach location to the soundtrack of Disco and House Classics on Thursday 25th September. Joining him on the east coast will be DJ Ants and Spanish dance chameleon Igor Marijaun. Music savvy fans might recognise Marijaun's name from the Ibiza Sonica radio station which he runs and in the booth you can expect anything from tech to deep house, nu disco to Balearic beats.
Coxy's Funk and Soul fiesta is much more than a party on the beach and it's not every day you get to check out one of the world's most in-demand DJs in such an intimate setting, especially a FREE intimate setting! The laid back, good fun kicks off at 4pm so if you fancy taking your mind of September's temperamental weather with a crate full of soul, funk and old school house Sands Beach Bar is the venue for you.
