Best tunes from Ibiza clubs from July to August

The biggest tracks from the past month.

As we're just about passing the peak of the season, nothing is going to stop the masses of partygoers filling out Ibiza's dance floors night after night. Also unstoppable are the island's DJs wowing us with their undeniable skills while providing us with most incredible sets.

We have put together a selection of top tracks from July to August to give you a taste of some of the hottest tracks played during the hottest months of the year.

Eats Everything | Space Raiders | Ushuaïa | Eats Everything

On 17 July, elrow's daytime residency at Ushuaïa kicked off with a tech fiesta led by Eats Everything, Paco Osuna, Marc Maya and Tini Gessler. As the madness of elrow commenced, Eats Everything treated us to a song of his own: Space Raiders. This galactic track pushed on with a heavier techno tone and got the blood pumping.

Craig David | When You Know What Love Is | Ibiza Rocks | Craig David

The opening of Craig David's TS5 Pool Party brought as much fun as it did nostalgia, but it wasn't without plenty of fresh music thrown into the mix. This time around, Craig used the opportunity to showcase his new track When You Know What Love Is.

The track has an instantly recognisable Craig David-esque sound. The feel-good vibe and Craig's dreamy voice are reminiscent of summer, making it an instant hit.

Caribou | Can't do without you (Tale Of Us & Mano Le Tough Remix) | Cova Santa | Tale Of Us b2b Solomun b2b Magdalena

The Ibiza Spotlight Clubbing Marathon 2019 led us to Cova Santa for the exclusive b2b set from Tale Of Us, Solomun and Magdalena at Shadows. Their unrivalled set was full of surprises, but nothing sounded quite as good as this Caribou remix.

The trickling water sound effects, echoing claps and ghostly vocals give the song a unique goosebump causing character. Don't skip past this one.

Solardo & Eli brown | XTC | Eden | Leftwing : Kody

Slowly working its way into contention for this year's track of the summer is Solardo and Eli Brown's XTC. From Toolroom to ANTS to BODYWORKS, the new release has already shown its infectiousness by receiving plays all over the island.

Leftwing : Kody slipped it into their set at Toolroom and the crowd loved it as though they'd never heard it before.

BOg & GHEIST | Venere (Fideles Remix) | Privilege | Patrice Bäumel

The RESISTANCE opening was a big one, as was this Fideles Remix of BOg & GHEIST's Venere, from Patrice umel. Played to an early crowd, the euphoric track lifted the Privilege roof even higher. Who knew that was possible?

Starting low key, the vocals on the track pick up a few minutes in, creating that atmospheric ambience comparable to the likes of Afterlife. It's a serious song that leaves us feeling all tingly.

DJ Le Roi feat Roland Clark | I Get Deep (Late Nite Tuff Guy Remix - Emanuel Satie Rework) | Hï Ibiza | DJ Antz

Glitterbox's stellar lineup on 11 July was a thing of house and disco beauty. But whilst Armand van Helden was hosting the Theatre, lighting up the Hidden Corner (aka the Hï toilets) was DJ Antz.

He smashed it with the Emanuel Satie's Rework of the Late Nite Tuff Guy Remix of DJ Le Roi's I Get Deep – what a mouthful. The groovy tune grabbed the attention of Hï Ibiza's restroom population and maintained a dense crowd for much of the evening.

Jack Back | Survivor | Ibiza Rocks | Jack Back

Dabbling in techno once again, David Guetta has returned to his underground roots with his Jack Back alias. This month he introduced his new self to Radio 1's Ibiza Weekend at Ibiza Rocks. Along with it, he delivered his track Survivor. The track samples the well-known Destiny's Child classic but gives it an unexpected house twist.

The once soulful vocals are replaced by a heavily manipulated electronic voice. As the song builds up towards the drop, you can make out the essence of that EDM influence, yet it's stripped back and toned down - an easy listen from the French DJ and producer.

Boddika & Joy Orbison | Mercy (Boddika VIP) | Pacha | Calvin Harris

Taken from the latter half of Calvin Harris's opening Pacha set, this Boddika VIP of Mercy helped showcase a taste of his techno selecting abilities.

It was perhaps an unexpected choice for the occasion, but under Pacha's roof anything goes. The song's pounding beat teamed with the crackling bassline make this one a funky listen.
