When two giants such as Ushuaïa and elrow come together, you know it's going to be an absolute blast. That's just what happened this past Wednesday for the first of two dates. If you missed it, no worries. We have all the news for you, both of the one you missed and the one coming up. Get in.
Carnival madness descended on Ushuaïa earlier this week as elrow took their Sambowdromo Do Brazil to the Playa d'en Bossa beach super-club. With rainforest vibes and crazy characters prancing around all afternoon, the venue was transformed in true elrow style.
Taking to the tropical stage for this barmy party were a group of true DJ talent. De La Swing and Fisher brought thudding bangers in the early afternoon, creating daytime party buzz. Later on, Kölsch served up elevated harmonies mixed with tech grooves, for a neat switch up in styles.
Eats Everything and Andrea Oliva's bouncing back-to-back set only increased the excitement in Ushuaïa as the sun went down. Finally, Marc Maya closed the evening with an assortment of dance floor winning tunes accompanied to the sound of the jungle. For more on the tunes, head on over to our Spotify playlist here.
If you missed the first one, don't panic as elrow is back at Ushuaïa on Wednesday 22 August. For round two in Playa d'en Bossa, they are donning their El Triangulo de las Rowmudas theme. Expect a wild fiesta full of shipwrecks, crashed planes, insane sea creatures and more.
As for the line-up, renowned Spanish DJ Paco Osuna will be taking to the stage along with house legend Dennis Ferrer. Tech house team Detlef and Latmun are also on board along with elrow family members Toni Varga and Bastian Bux.
All will undoubtedly bring infectious grooves and banging beats to Ushuaïa in August. To appease your excitement, for now check out the snaps from the madness that occurred at Ushuaïa when elrow landed on the White Isle.
