Here's the news many of you have been waiting for. Promoter group GAME OVER has released techno king Carl Cox's Ibiza dates and venues for new 2018 concept appropriately named ONE NIGHT STAND. This mini-tour sees Coxy play at several of the island's most iconic clubs.
First up is Amnesia on Monday 2 July, taking up an extraordinary slot normally held by Pyramid. Eight days later on Tuesday 10 July Cox rocks into the glamorous surroundings of Pacha. Finally, he brings his infectious take on house and techno to DC10 on Friday 10 August.
One man. Three venues. Three ONE NIGHT STANDs. That's three exclusive opportunities to catch an Ibiza legend in very different settings. Each one will be unique but expect a no-nonsense approach to one of techno's greatest legends. We can't wait to see what he has planned.
There's even a bonus date at Pacha on Sunday 20 May for an early season warm-up. While Coxy himself won't be there, Cassy, Archie Hamilton, Ferro and Dave Mantra will be taking care of tunes.
Coxy will also be playing at RESISTANCE for its second season at Privilege this summer. As we wait for those dates, Carl Cox will no doubt be rocking the island with these ONE NIGHT STANDs.
Now that these dates are out, it's time to get excited, get planning and book those flights.
Cox spent 15 fabled years at Space before its closure in 2016. Whilst he returned for a handful of dates at Privilege last summer, the big man had hinted at something a little different in 2018.
With much speculation surrounding Coxy's plans for Ibiza matched by demand, we recommend locking those tickets down as soon as possible as they regularly run out.
