Together has once again completed another successful season with many great parties under its Ibiza belt. It would seem year after year they bring something new to the table.
Throughout the season, we got to see drum and bass specialists host some really special one-off sets such as Andy C and Chase & Status going b2b in the Main Room for the first time in drum and bass history. Their supercharged events were some of their most popular this season, with the main room seeing Rudimental, Pendulum, Sub Focus and Hype & Hazard drop in to make the dance floor skank out.
The Terrace DJs have also enjoyed a bass house hungry crowd week after week, which can be attributed to specially curated line-ups. Gorgon City and MK have dominated the dancefloor all season mixing chart hitters with deeper flavours to entertain the together clubbers. Hector Couto and Hannah Wants have brought tech house grooves to the table for an overall heavier sound in the mornings, keeping those hands the air and those shoes shuffling for hours. Disciples and Camelphat have continued to please crowds with a combination of classic house cuts and modern drops.
Last year I was lucky enough to visit the closing featuring special guest DJ EZ, who rocked the dancefloor until the early hours. Once again Ibiza Spotlight was invited to the Amnesia dancefloors to check out the closing party of the Together.
