Sa Capella, on the edge of San Antonio opens its doors again for 2016 welcoming in its 38th year. The restaurant opens this Friday 15 April, bringing its fine cuisine to its many devoted fans as well as all new customers that want to try its great food and enjoy its unique setting.
The united team that runs Sa Capella has been working together for around 20 years, offering up some great classics of Mediterranean cuisine in the 400-year-old former monastery chapel where the restaurant resides.
Here you will see a mix of famous faces, locals and tourists. Included in that group are the many faithful customers that return each year and with whom the restaurant has created a strong bond. Some of the tables have lost their numbers in favour of some of the names of this loyal legion to mark their support of this fine venue.
The food is influenced by the authorship of head chef Agostine Royal and features some truly mouthwatering dishes including foie pate with balsamic, roast suckling pig, tuna tacos with shiitake mushrooms and simple but delicious fresh local grilled prawns.
There's a great list of home made original desserts like strawberry soup with pepper chocolate cupcake. All can be washed down with the restaurants fine and varied selection of wines and champagnes and at the end you can sample their own hierbas the with your own complimentary bottle served to your table.
This truly is a great food journey in a remarkable setting. Book ahead now!
