'A 360° homage to the seminal players of, and contributors to, the landscape over the past 30 years.' Streaming live via Youtube/Channel 4 TONIGHT from 7:30pm GMT.

Red Bull have long been at the forefront of youth culture, whether it be sport, adventure or indeed music - a wild looking character sporting a Red Bull logo is usually within reach. They recognise the importance of supporting such spheres of activity, and by ensuring their beverage is the main one sold at each event, they keep the energy levels sky high and the bowels ruined the next day.

A rather unique event will take place in London tonight (Thursday 14th November) where Red Bull will bring together 30 of the most iconic clubbing brands from the history of the UK dance music scene into one place. The venue? They've only gone and booked out every booth of the London Eye haven't they! So, now you understand why the event has been called 'Revolutions in Sound.'

The revolutionaries - DJs - playing on the night include 'Richie Hawtin, Rudimental (DJ set), Skream, Erol Alkan, Todd Terry, Gilles Peterson, Green Velvet, Ben UFO, Craig Richards, DJ Luck & MC Neat, Derrick May, Fabio & Grooverider, Seb Fontaine, Subb-An, Jah Shaka, Goldie, Derrick Carter, Boy Better Know, Steve Strange, DJ EZ, Danny Rampling, Sasha, Dusky, Mark Moore, Layo, Mr C, Graeme Park and Mike Pickering. Red Bull Music Academy graduate Katy B joins the revolution, whilst Lily Allen teams up with West London hip-hop party Yo Yo for a special live show.'

Clubbing institutions involved in the cyce of sound include 'The End, Manchester's proto-superclub Fac51 The Haçienda and reigning supremo The Warehouse Project, Birmingham's Rainbow, sound system warriors Jah Shaka and pirate radio turned premier imprint Rinse. Also joining, urban entertainment behemoth TwiceasNice, global club giant Cream, grime hotbeds Eskimo Dance and Sidewinder and techno institution Lost see almost every corner of dance culture covered. Roaming London protagonists The Hydra, Newcastle's King of Clubs Shindig and established scene hotspots Corsica Studios and Eagle London also weigh in.'

'They join previously announced stables Bugged Out, Fabric, Shoom, The Blitz Club, Talkin' Loud & Saying Something, Metalheadz, Motion, Sub Club, Jive Turkey and London Warehouse Events. Taking to the skies, these basements, backrooms, bars and brands are among those that helped seed the most transformative movements in dance music history. The bill of club stalwarts will be joined by online TV outfit Boiler Room which has pushed club culture to the masses via their regular stream-only parties and concept programme Channel Four House Party. To top it off, a Silent Disco on ground level sees 2000 guests able to select which capsule they would like to tune into.'

Tickets have long been sold out for the event, however you are able to stay involved with the event by checking out the following link, where you can tune in to the live stream from any 1 of the 30 capsules of your choosing, in conjunction with the lovely folks at Channal 4, from 7:30pm GMT.
