First off the mark, we see the trance-meister that is Tiesto – who is back with a full residency this year which will surely be massive.
After a couple of special parties last summer, which saw full houses for both nights, Tiesto is back at Privilege again.
Monday´s are going to be the night to remember and if last year´s two parties, and his global tours, are anything to go by then this event will be something incredible. Expect amazing visuals, light displays, dancers ... and of course the man Tiesto himself !
There are not many people who could fill a club as large as Privilege – officially the largest club in the world with a 10,000 capacity – but Tiesto is certainly of them. We´ll be there for the opening party on Monday 7 July to capture the experience. Full review to follow.
Carl Cox is also back in Ibiza this summer and the man recently voted the best dj over the last 15 years (Mixmag) will be set to continue with this terrific party at Space on Tuesdays.
At night with Carl Cox means that you get to see him play two sets, a lighter funkier final hour in the sunset terrace, before he moves into the discoteca later at night to play something a little tougher !
But his overall music policy is admired for bringing some of the dance industry´s musical pioneers together under one roof – just a quick glance at the party calendar will show you such names as Laurent Garnier, Josh Wink, Norman Cook, Francois K, John Digweed, Roni Size featuring over the summer. Not to mention other top dj´s such as the Plump Dj´s, Yousef, Pendulum, Dubfire, Christian Varela and Loco Dice !
If you come to Ibiza to enjoy a party to be remembered, Monday´s at Privilege and Tuesday´s at Space should be two dates at the top of your list.
