Pukka Up are strolling cooly into their 10th year of throwing parties, that's like three and and half thousand days of fun, pretty good going... To celebrate they have announced a grand plan of 10 parties, across 10 countries - all on 1 night. Massive.
There is no denying that their boat parties are easily the most popular across the island, with their afterparties taking a new shift this year (Tuesdays are at Amnesia's Together, and Friday will be at Pacha's new Friday night party), and their reputation as equally impressive on the international scene, taking on dancefloors across the globe and destroying them.
On Saturday 27th April 2013 the Pukka Up brand will touch down on dancefloors in countries including the world-class Ivy Pool in Sydney Australia; Absinthe House in Denver Colorado - which stocks the largest selection of absinthe in North America; the ambient Vanilla Club in Zurich Switzerland; The Kitchen in Dublin owned by U2's Bono; the iconic Half Moon Club in Salzburg Austria, and the brand new Red Dragon in Budapest Hungary. More venues in Romania, Poland and Kuala Lumpur are still to be confirmed.
The party kicks off, however, in London in the form of a boat party, of course, along the Thames river, on the three tier, 600 capacity, Dixie Queen Paddle Steamer. The party then carries on at Pukka Up's UK home - Pacha London. A new theme will be unveiled, with glamorous, LED cat suited Pukka Up heroes setting the tone.
A 2 disc album will be released looking back at the brands 10 year history, the album will be released on 29th April.
