Events are popping up across London under fabric's #saveourculture campaign, and the push to appeal the club's revoked licence is inching it's way across Europe, with Ibiza now getting in on the action.
rEJEKTS, a band of weekend warriors turned international DJ gigolos, is proposing that the island stands shoulder to shoulder with the plight of our brothers and sisters at fabric by throwing a party for the people of Ibiza to celebrate the legacy of the seminal London nightclub.
The event on Wednesday 7 December will raise funds and awareness of the campaign and the wider issue of protecting clubbing culture on a global level. rEJEKTS will join forces with the original Ibiza super club, Pacha, and rally together fabric residents, Nathan Coles and Terry Francis, Iain Taylor of rEJEKTS, Ryan O Gorman of We Love, Sankeys' Lisa Chadderton and Seamless Recordings artist, Graham Sahara.
It's a good shout for residents as Thursday 8 December is a public holiday on the island, and we're giving all you good people who don't reside there permanently plenty of notice as it's a great excuse for a cheeky break for a good cause before Christmas.
Entry is 20€ with your first drink included. Donations will also be accepted on the night should you want to dip into your pockets. Get your tickets on Resident Advisor here.
