Children of the 80s confirms 2019 line-ups

Music legends return.

The summer programme of Children of the 80s is in and rocking all right. For a blast from the past with addictive old school vibes and Eurodance anthems, this is where you want to be. Check it out.

The season kicks off on Friday 31 May with German synth-pop band Alphaville. For June a slew of music icons from the '80s and even '90s will be headlining. British rapper Ice MC, Danish pop singer Whigfield and Spanish duo OBK are amongst them.

Four times throughout the summer, the legendary singer-songwriter Barbara Tucker will be blasting those tunes. Also known as "the queen of house" and "diva of dance," she will be taking over Hard Rock Hotel Ibiza once a month.

The rest of the summer programme covers British music royalty, Eurodance and pop acts.

These include Queen Machine paying homage to Queen, Italian pop star Gala, electronic group N-Trance, pop rock singer Katrina, English singer-songwriter Tina Cousins, cover band U Rock, Italian Eurodance act Double You and Queen of the Night featuring the music of "the voice" Whitney Houston.

DJ acts Dream Team Reload, La Movida and saxophonist Lugotti, as well as acrobats, dancers, entertainers and flamboyant costumes, will be adding to the nostalgic vibes.

To conclude the 2019 season with a massive bang, German dance act Snap! will be bringing it all to an end on 27 September.

Guests at Hard rock Hotel Ibiza, as well as those in 80s costumes, get free entry. For everyone else, the tickets plus full details are below.
